VINIFICATION AND AGING | Vinified separately, at controlled temperature, seeking maximum fruit expression of the grapes.

TASTING NOTES | The fruity notes are intense in the nose, with liquorice hints and raspberries standing out.  Potent and lively on the palate, medium depth, with a great balance and a pleasantly tannic retro taste.

PAIRING | Ideal with red meats, lamb dishes, pasta, rice, grilled white meat and fish, semi-cured and young cheese.
