VINIFICATION AND AGING | Selected harvest with crushing of the soft grapes and fermentation of the must at controlled temperature. Long maceration to achieve maximum expression of their old Tempranillo vines. Four-month stay in new French and American oak barrel and 1 year in semi-new barrels
TASTING NOTES | Wonderful aromas of Bing Cherries, currants and a touch of cinnamon. A full bodied, powerful wine with bright dark fruit and black liquorice flavors. Very well-structured tannins creating an elegant balance which finishes long and elegant with spicy overtones.
PAIRING | Attractive cherry red color with violet hues. Ideal with red meat, wild game, hearty pasta dishes, and aged cheese.
