VINIFICATION AND AGING | 12 months in large American barrels.  Minimum 3 months ageing in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES | Mid-depth coloring: ruby red color with vibrant hues. The nose: it offers a distinguished melding of cocoa, vanilla and coffee, resulting from its ageing in the barrel, with hints of black fruits and licorice. The mouth: it is rounded and well balanced with pleasant notes of fruit and vanilla which invite us to keep drinking.
