VINIFICATION AND AGING | Ageing and malolactic with fine lees during 12 months in frenchbarrels of 300 and 400 L.

TASTING NOTES | Attractive deep red with gentle lilac glints. Acidic red berries, blackcurrant, raspberry, redcurrant, with hints of oak coming through. Fresh and lively with noticeable tannins. An intense aromatic finish.

PAIRING | Perfect for red meats and game. Also good with rich cheeses and smoked fish.
