VINIFICATION AND AGING | . Selected harvest differentiating the varieties with crushing of soft grapes and fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature. Long maceration to achieve maximum expression of the vineyards of old Bobalvines. Four-month stay in new French and American oak barrels and 1 year in semi-new barrels

TASTING NOTES | Attractive cherry red color with violet hues,  full-bodied with flavors of spice, herbs, fresh vanilla toast with a hint of smoke and cedar. It finishes long, robust and elegant. Very potent on the palate with well defined structure, tannins, and a robust, elegant lasting retro taste.

PAIRING | An excellent accompaniment for strong stews, red meats and cured cheese.
