VINIFICATION AND AGING | Selected harvest with crushing of the soft grapes and fermentation of the must at low temperature in order to achieve maximum aromatic fragrance.

TASTING NOTES | Potent and balanced on the palate with a very pleasant final  aftertaste, highlighting the silkiness and  volume of the wine.   With cherry, plum and a raisin bouquet enhanced by the rich blackcurrant, cherry, blackberry, plum, and raisin flavors. Leading to a rich concentrated fruity finish with a silky mouth feel.

PAIRING | Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany pasta, rice, fish, cured cheese, and hearty meat dishes.
