TASTING NOTES | Attractive ruby red color with violet hues, aromas of raspberries, liquorice notes, and peach peel. A complex wine with flavors of dark cherries, wild berries surrounded by nuances of earth and leather finishing rich and rustic on the palate.
PAIRING | Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany pasta, rice, white meat and grilled fish, semi-cured and young cheeses.
